What are your hours?

Customer service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm CST for phone and chat communication. You can also create a ticket anytime. Tickets are generally answered within 48 hours with the exception of the weekends.
